The group is headed up by Shereen Miranda, who is originally from London England, gained a Master’s degree in Law in early 2009, and moved to Punta Cana in the same year. With an Advanced Diploma in Real Estate, a background in the celebrity world of entertainment, and a wealth of local knowledge, local connections, and experience, she heads up our team of experts. Shereen has an eye for matching the Dominican Republic luxury market properties with their owner.

Our Relocation department consists of five Specialist Relocations Advisors, a Project Manager, Project Assistant, Operations Officer, Construction Advisor, Interior Designer / Home Stager, and a Team Manager that manages both departments. In the Real Estate department, we have Sales Advisors across the country, a Land Specialist, and a Legal Expert. We have our central office in Punta Cana with satellite offices in San Juan.
